At SearchEye, we are committed to building a world-class SEO platform that your agency or business can rely on. We are obsessed with delivering quality products with consistent turnaround times (TAT).

That said, we understand that $hit happens. We may have missed the mark on a project or unable to deliver on a specific link.

We fully guarantee our service and stand by each piece of work we deliver.

Digital PR Service

We acknowledge the difficulties within the link-building industry. With 6+ years of experience, we have worked with 1,000s of bloggers and influencers; and so we have deep relationships with those who matter across business verticals. To be as “transparent” as possible, we’ve incorporated a “confidence score” into each selectable site. While we always aim to get 100% of orders fulfilled, we recognize many link-building space challenges.

Inclusion

Each collaboration includes one mention type as listed, any additional requested links will incur a cost of a minimum of 50% of the total cost of the collaboration. SearchEye works with various editors, publishers and brokers who have individual policies with regards to mentions in articles, therefore we must follow these and adjust pricing where there are requests outside of what is included in the collaboration request.

Index

If an article does not index, SearchEye will provide a credit of up to half of the order value.

Digital PR Sites

We help you get mentions on these sites, but we don’t always have full control over what gets published. Our Digital PR experts do not make false promises. For instance, if we commit to bringing you a Do-Follow link, we make sure you get it; else, we provide you with a full SearchEye credit refund back to your account. We guarantee all links and content for a minimum of 3 months.

Here are occasions where we offer you credits back to your SearchEye account without asking any questions whatsoever:

  • If a link gets stripped or a post is taken down within 3 months.
  • If a piece of content gets rejected by the publication.
  • If the publication marks a link as “No-Follow” when our system specifies Do-Follow.
  • If it’s been over 65 days and you didn’t get the desired mention placement.

Exclusions

We do not guarantee the specific content or anchor mentioned in a Digital PR article (although we’ll use best efforts).

While we use professional copywriters and journalists for these pieces, we cannot always provide content before sending it to the publisher (depending on the publisher, urgency of the topic i.e. newsworthy).

For full featured articles submitted by the client, where a link or mention may have been stripped, we offer a 50% SearchEye credit refund. There is some risk for SearchEye, and the client does receive the benefits of a featured article on a reputable publication.

The client provides the content. The content is about a profile dedicated to their client (celebrity, enthusiast).The article was published but only some links or a phrase with the link was removed. Do we still provide refund? No

Premium Sites

These are sites and publications with a Domain Rating between 50 and 70. At SearchEye, we have pretty good relationships with such sites. We have quite a bit of control over the content and links that we get placed on these sites. Here are some occasions where we provide you full SearchEye credit refund on the collaboration related to premium sites:

  • If a link gets stripped or a post is taken down within 3 months.
  • If a piece of content gets rejected by the publication.
  • If the publication marks a link as “No-Follow” when our system specifies Do-Follow.

Refund Policy: In case of any of the above situations, we first recommend you an alternative site. If you disapprove of the alternative website, we offer you a full SearchEye credit refund back to your account.

Content Approvals and Revisions: With premium sites, you’re able to approve content before we send it to the publisher if you have checked off “Approve content before publishing” before checking out. We also allow for up to 2 revisions for each content piece. We do not allow revisions to the content or link after publishing.

New Articles

Fetching new articles on authority sites is a long-drawn process. But we make sure you get quality new articles within the stipulated turnaround time. At SearchEye, our goal is to help you earn mentions and become an authority in your niche. To meet that goal, we display the ultimate sincerity and dedication.

Here are occasions when we offer full refunds on our guest posting services.

  • If a piece of content gets rejected by the publication.
  • If the publication marks a link as “No-Follow” when our system specifies Do-Follow.

Refund Policy: We recommend 3 alternative sites, with the ability to pick one. If you disapprove of the alternative websites, we offer you a full SearchEye credit refund back to your account. If the article has been published we cannot guarantee removal of the piece or your mention, we will do our best.

Content Approvals: With New Articles, you’re able to approve content before we send it to the publisher if you have checked off “Approve content before publishing” before checking out. We also allow for up to 2 revisions for each content piece. We do not allow revisions to the content or link after publishing.

Existing Articles

We make our best efforts but cannot guarantee exact anchors requested for existing article collaboration requests.

Refund Policy: SearchEye will provide alternate anchor texts for an existing article collaboration request, with the ability to choose one. If the customer disapproves of the alternate anchors SearchEye can provide a credit for the order. Only if SearchEye is unable to deliver on a link insertion will a SearchEye credit refund be provided back to your account.

PR Opportunities

PR Opportunities include a natural anchor and a backlink to a blog page. Homepage links and branded anchors are not allowed.

Content Approvals and Revisions: With PR Opportunities, you’re not able to approve content before we send it to the publisher.

Credit Refund Policy: Only if SearchEye is unable to deliver on a PR Opportunity will a SearchEye credit refund be provided back to your account.

Access to The Platform

While we do our best to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with the products and services we offer, we reserve the right to reject orders, clients, and agencies. The SearchEye team will always provide written clarification and feedback on why a specific order was denied or why we could not service a particular client and/or agency.
